The panel has been set up to advise the Town Council on the best way to set up a youth council for the town. The youth council will have a devolved budget of £1000 per year, to be spent on any projects they choose.
The panel is made up of local professionals who work with young people, from schools to community services in Andover.
They will be meeting regularly to discuss proposals and future structure of the Youth Council, whilst consulting young people on their views.
