1. Forms of nomination for Parish Elections may be obtained from Clerks to Parish Councils or Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ from the Returning Officer who will, at the request of an elector for any electoral area prepare a nomination paper for signature.
2. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ on any day after the date of this notice but no later than 4 pm on Thursday, 9th April 2015.
3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 7th May 2015. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ by 5 pm on Tuesday, 21st April 2015.
4. New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ by 5 pm on Tuesday, 28th April 2015.
5. If after 5pm on Tuesday, 28th April 2015 you are unable to vote in person because you have a medical emergency or learn you cannot go to the polling station because of work reasons, you can apply to vote by emergency proxy. Completed applications must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ before 5pm on Thursday, 7 May 2015.
