The Town Council meets as full Council to consider all reommendations from Committees and makes decisions on finance, policy, projects and events.
Prior to the start of the Town Council meeting there is a Forum for residents of Andover, this starts at 6pm.
The Town Council meetings start at 7pm and all Members of the Press and Public are welcome.
