Cllr Ian Carr is the present Mayor of Test Valley Borough Council. The gathering also included representatives from all the Councils in Hampshire.
The event was held in the beautiful setting of Houghton Lodge Gardens, which provided a wonderful back drop for the ceremony, in the centre of Test Valley. After the service refreshments were provided in the Orangery.
