The results of the Town Council Election were as follows:
CLEARY, Maurice - UKIP - 337 Votes
KHUMAN, Rana - Winton Community Shop-Keeper - 560 Votes
Therefore, Mr Rana Khuman has been elected as the Andover Town Council, Winton Ward Councillor.
Mr Khuman will sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office at the Town Council Meeting on 5 September 2013.
