This morning, Andover Town Mayor, Cllr Barbara Long, attended the Guildhall in Andover High Street, to watch the Commonwealth Flag raised to recognise Commonwealth Day. Cllr Barbara Long joined Test Valley Borough Council Mayor, Cllr Mark Cooper and other Test Valley Borough Councillors at the event.
