Katherine has been a Member of Andover Town Council since May 2010. Katherine has lived in Andover for 15 years, and has been a supporter of the Andover Town Council from its re-convention.She was elected to Chairman of the Town Council for the municipal year 2016 - 2017.

Christopher was elected to Andover Town Council in May 2015.Christopher lives with his wife and two children on Weyhill Rd. He is a commodities and mining strategist and heads up Hallgarten & Company, a firm providing independent analysis of mining equities.He worked in the City of London beginning in 1985 as a corporate finance and equities analyst and as a freelance consultant on the restructuring of the securities industry. Earlier, he worked for the Federal and State governments in Australia. He grew up in Melbourne, Australia. He graduated in 1981 from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
