The Town Council aims to ensure its equipment is maintained to the highest standard for use by customers. To ensure the equipment is maintained accordingly so that it can be lent out externally to third party organisations who are local community groups/not for profit organisations.

The aim of this policy is to communicate the commitment of Andover Town Council, its Members and Officer(s) to meeting the Public Sector Equality Duty, which came into force on 5 April 2011.

Financial Regulations govern the way the Town Council runs its financial business.

Andover Town Council is required to maintain adequate financial reserves to meet the needs of the organisation. The purpose of this policy is to set out how the Council will determine and review the level of reserves.
