Although there is a need to uphold the law there is concern that the current action may harm the vitality of Andover town centre.
Test Valley Borough Council’s Reviewing Planning Controls working group, which was set up following the Andover Summit, will be asked to consider solutions which meet the needs of local traders who are vital to the economic prosperity of Andover.
