At the Council meeting on 30 January 2013 the Council will firstly receive a presentation from the Accountancy Manager at Test Valley Borough Council on the Andover Levy. The presentation will begin at 7pm, in the Upper Guildhall.
During this meeting, the Town Council will be considering its Budget and setting the Precept for 2013/2014. The proposal from the Policy and Resources Committee is that the Precept should be frozen again this year. Take a look at the Meetings pages and the Council agenda to find out more.
