Each year, Andover Town Council invites allotment holders to take part in its annual Scarecrow Competition. The competition continues to be a popular event, bringing together creativity, imagination and plenty of community spirit for participants of all ages.
It was a pleasure to visit the allotment sites and see the fantastic range of scarecrows on display. Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this year’s competition such an enjoyable event.
