Warm Hubs provide essential support to residents experiencing fuel poverty, loneliness and financial hardship during periods of cold weather, offering a safe and welcoming environment. Alongside a warm space, attendees are able to enjoy companionship, conversation, a hot drink and light refreshments. Through targeted funding such as this, Andover Town Council continues to take an active role in addressing these challenges and ensuring support is directed to where it will have the greatest positive impact on local residents.
