New Councillor Elected for Downlands Ward

Following the recent by-election, **Mr Thomas James** has been elected to represent **Downlands Ward** on Andover Town Council.
Mr James's appointment will be formally completed once the statutory Declaration of Acceptance of Office has been signed.
