The Town Council Planning Committee makes observations on Planning Applications for the Andover area.
The observations of the Committee are then sent to the Planning Authority, Test Valley Borough Council who make the final decisions on the Planning Applications.
This week, the Committee will also be making comments on a Consultation from Hampshire County Council on Minerals. More information on the Consultation can be found at:
