This is the meeting of the Planning Committee. The Town Council is a consultee on Planning Applications in the Andover area.
The Town Council does not make decisions on Planning Applications but can make observations which are forwarded to the Planning Authority, Test Valley Borough Council.
As you will see from the Agenda, the Town Council considers Planning Applications from Lists published each week. These lists can be viewed on the Test Valley Borough Council website
